This plugin allows Winamp to play music files in the Super Nintendo's SPC700
sound chip format. These files are ripped directly from the cartridge
and sound exactly as they would in a SNES. The SPC700 is a Sony chip
that samples at 23.9KHz. Winamp can sample at your soundcards peak
(Usually 44.1 or 48KHz) thereby improving the sound quality over the
original SNES. Instructions: Run the EXE. It will self-install. |
