Note to users of Windows Vista:  Due to the strict access restrictions of UAC (User Activation Control), KalistoRO may have difficulty applying patches if it is installed in hte default folder within C:\Program Files (Or C:\Program Files (x86)).  It is recommended that Vista users install to a different directory (like C:\KalistoRO for example).
